PLEASE NOTE:
1. CHANGE ROOM ALLOCATION& COACHES BOX’S (Home Listed clubs in Home box, Away in away box).
- All players must be in Outer East Football Netball playing shorts, as per notification given to clubs in March 2023.
- ALL Runners MUST be in Outer East Football Netball Runners tops & shorts.
- Water Carriers MUST be in Outer East Football Netball Water Carrier bib and club shorts, over the age of 12
(and only on the ground following a Goal being kicked).
- Trainers MUST be in Outer East Football Netball Trainers tops and black pants/shorts.
- ALL participating clubs are to provide their own timekeepers for Football, as per the H&A season.
- ALL clubs to supply their own ICE, for injuries.
- Only registered Coaches/Assistant Coaches will be allowed in the Coaches box. If your assistant coaches are not yet registered, they must do so asap (Coach AFL).
- Team sheets are to be handed to the Umpires by half time as per a H&A game.
- Each Team is responsible for entering their own team’s goal kickers & best players and also making any required changes to the PlayHQ teamsheet (adding/removing players, changing player numbers etc).
- The OEFN match Manager will enter the match scores.
The match manager may be able to assist with entering results IF the host club can provide internet access.
Players/officials who are not correctly attired will/can be fined but more importantly can be asked to leave the ground/court until they are not correctly attired.
No Jewellery is allowed to be worn, as per normal playing conditions. Failure to remove Jewellery can lead to forfeiting of the match.
Number of Officials on Benches. Only the below people can be in the Coaches Box (Coaches box includes the FULL coaches box, upper and lower levels). Children are NOT permitted in the coaches boxes or on the playing field.
47.0 CLUB AND TEAM OFFICIALS – GENERAL.
47.1 Only three (3) officials, plus the coach, plus correctly attired trainers/water carriers, runner and interchange players shall be allowed inside the fence of the playing arena.
47.2 A white line five (5) meters in length, shall be marked in front of each coach’s box, halfway between the boundary line and the fence of the playing arena.
47.3 All officials, coach, runner, plus interchange players listed in by-law 47.1 must remain behind the white line (refer by-law 40.15) at all times during play, except when legitimately entering the playing arena (as in the case of a runner, Trainer, or interchange player).
Water carriers can be stationed around the ground at the Arcs & only go on after a goal is kicked.
Excess officials, stats people or any others will need to be behind the playing fence during play.
HOSTING Clubs:
Please fill in the relevant JLT/Marsh Insurance forms with the team managers of each competing club from the first match of the day.
