We want to celebrate our community and recognise our people, so we are pleased to announce the winners for May in the Coach and Volunteer of the month awards!

Volunteer of the month – Craig Blake of Yea FNC

Craig Blake – Yea FNC

This month we are recognising the efforts of Craig, who is both the Team Manager and Football Manager for Yea FNC.

“Craig has been a very integral addition to our club, coming on as our football manager and team manager. His involvement has gone a long way towards ensuring that we were able to get two football teams back on the field this season.”

Thank you Craig for all your dedication and hard work for Yea FNC and congratulations on being recognised by your peers to be May’s Volunteer of the month!

 

 

Kyle Ousley – Yarra Junction JFC

Congratulations to the Yarra Junction JFC U11’s Mixed Coach who has been recognised as going above and beyond for his team.

“Kyle is an outstanding coach who goes above and beyond for his team. He picks kids up who can’t make training/games to make sure they get there. He turned up rain, hail or shine with a calm and positive attitude. Kyle works incredibly hard behind the scenes to ensure his team builds in numbers and takes positives from every game. I’ve never met a harder working person, even after a full night shift he’s at the club at 7am on home games and he’s the last one to leave. The kids absolutely adore Kyle and he’s like a father/big brother figure to so many of the kids around the club not just his team. Everyone who knows Kyle Ousley is better for it.”
