The Sockit2MND Round is back in 2021, raising funds for FightMND.
Sockit2MND socks are now available for pre-order for only $15 per pair, with all proceeds going directly to funding vital (MND) research.
With sizes, colours and styles to suit different sports and groups of all ages, the nationwide Sockit2MND Round is for everyone and is a great way to support the fight against MND as a community.
Get involved by pre-ordering your socks before March 26, ahead of the AFL Outer East’s Sockit2MND Round on June 18-20.
Wear your socks with pride, whether that’s when you’re taking to the field or court, or at a fundraising day at your workplace or school.

The Round 7 Seville v Monbulk match on Saturday, May 29 will also be a commemorative Sockit2MND game, honouring the contribution to both clubs of Shane Smith, former Deputy Chair of the AFL Outer East Commission, who passed away in 2019 following a battle with MND.
The aim of the Sockit2MND Round is to:
- Raise awareness of MND within your local sports club, community, workplace or school
- Raise much needed funds for vital MND research
- Show your support for those currently fighting MND or have lost a loved one to the disease
Why should you get involved?
- On average, two Australians are diagnosed with MND every day while another two will lose their fight
- The average life expectancy from diagnosis is just 27 months so we need to keep up the fight
- There are no effective treatments, there is no cure
