The race is extremely tight across Victoria with seven days to go.
This survey is available until midnight Friday 11th September.
Every club is still in the running for the prizes.
At the end of the survey, you can nominate your local football club to win a $1,000 Footymart voucher. For regional leagues, there are 13 vouchers up for grabs, with one voucher to win per regional league. For metropolitan leagues, the top four football clubs with the highest response rate to this survey will be awarded a $1,000 Footymart voucher.
